St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking a Surgical PA to join the Samaritan Hospital General Surgery team located in Troy, NY. The surgical physician assistant will work with surgeons in General, Bariatric, and Urology surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic approaches.
POSITION DETAILS
- First assisting, admissions, and rounding on the campus of Samaritan Hospital located in Troy, NY.
- Schedule: 1, 16-hour shift followed by on call for OR, admissions, consults and floor calls from home (approx 24 hour shift), and 3, 8-hour shifts.
- Weekend shifts are 1:4
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have the following:
- NYS licensure and DEA required;
- Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification;
- Experienced or new grads encouraged to apply.
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

- $22,500 Bonus Package
- $7,500 starting bonus paid in first payroll month
