St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking additional Hospitalists to join the Ellis Hospital Medicine team in Schenectady, NY. RESPONSIBILITILES:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions to stabilize patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active NYS medical license and DEA
- New graduates are welcome to apply
