Ellis Medicine, part of St. Peter’s Health Partners, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Hospital Medicine to lead our hospitalist team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitalist leader to manage the clinical needs of hospitalized patients, improve hospital performance, and enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the physician and Advanced Practice (AP) hospitalist team
  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the hospital setting
  • Implement evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to improve patient outcomes
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital performance
  • Participate in hospital-wide strategic initiatives to improve quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency
  • Balance 50% clinical duties and 50% administrative responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Total base compensation of $300k+ including productivity pay
