St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner for Troy Family Health Center, in Troy, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.
Troy Family Health Center, located at 79 Vandenburgh Ave, Troy, is home to a team of highly experienced providers who offer routine health care for all ages. This includes annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance; routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, preventative immunizations and precautionary inoculations; women’s health services (annual pelvic exams, Pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Compensation starts at $120,875-$125,000 annually
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note the salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
