St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Rensselaer Health Center. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

St Peter’s Rensselaer Health Center provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17: well-child visits (routine, school, sports, and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up. Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment.

This practice also offers refugee health assessments in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health. Clinical social workers are onsite for consultation, assessment and referrals.

Requirements: 

  • Board Certified 
  • NYS License and DEA
  • At least 2 years as an advanced practitioner is preferred
  • Strong desire to work with a refugee population

Recruitment Package:

  • Compensation is between $110,000 and $120,000.  The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and doesnot include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable tothe position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and otherbenefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salaryrange is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation dueto the factors noted above.
